Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office.
General Policies
Due to the stage area being in the center of our seats, if you come late you may be seated in different seats. Additionally, due to our stage, we ask that you remain seated during the performance. If you feel it may difficult to comply we suggest you purchase seats on the Lobby side. There is not an exit for Patrons on the Green Room side during the show.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Navasota Theatre Alliance).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
